Open the dispute center from your dashboard first: your payment is held in escrow until the campaign is verified, so disputes filed there are resolved fastest. For anything the dashboard can't handle, email support@ielaan.com with your booking ID.

Advertiser payments are held in escrow and only released to the screen owner after our devices confirm your ad actually played. If a campaign under-delivers, the unplayed portion is refunded to your original payment method.

Sign up as a screen owner, add your venue and screen details, and complete a short verification. Once approved, your screens appear in the marketplace and you earn from every booking - most partners are live within a few days.
